2. How we use data

We process account and contact details when you register and while we provide the service, the questions you submit to generate answers, and technical and usage data related to your use of the service to ensure security and resolve technical problems.

When you pay, we process invoice recipient details and transaction, payment method, and payer details received from the payment service provider. We use payment data to confirm payments, add credit, keep accounting records, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use other data to provide the service, offer support, and ensure security. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to analyse use of the portal and its features.

3. Sharing data

To provide the service, we use hosting, email, payment, and AI (OpenAI and Anthropic) providers, to whom the necessary data is sent. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Content published in the forum is publicly visible. Anyone with the sharing link for a conversation can read that shared conversation.

4. Retention

OpenAI retains conversation logs for 30 days, and Anthropic for up to two years. The portal retains conversation logs for at least one year. You can revoke sharing links in Settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right, for example, to request deletion of your data; see the GDPR for more information. To exercise your rights, write to Show email address. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
