2. The service

Tehiskohtunik uses AI to search for court decisions and other sources and answer questions based on them. Answers are not reviewed by a human before they are displayed.

Answers help find potential background information and are not legal advice. AI can make mistakes. Check all claims, references, and current law against the original sources.

3. Credits and validity

The credit loaded with each new payment is valid for one year from when it is credited to the account. Unused credit expires at the end of the validity period.

The validity period is calculated separately for each credit top-up.

4. Information submitted by the user

Only submit information you have the right to use. We recommend asking questions in anonymised form, removing direct information about specific people.

5. Restrictions and account closure

The service provider may restrict content or account use to protect the service, investigate a possible breach, or comply with a legal obligation. To close an account or challenge a restriction, write to Show email address.

6. Applicable law and complaints

Estonian law applies. You can send a complaint to Show email address.

7. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of a material change affecting you before it takes effect.
